Ana has more than 15 years of experience in multifunctional positions. She holds both an International MBA and Executive Master in Human Resources from IE Business School, has participated in the Advanced Management Program from IE Business School, and holds an undergraduate degree in Law from the Universidad de Alcalá de Henares.
Rosalia began working in the finance department of a technology company. After graduating, she developed several projects in software applications for companies in different sectors. She holds a degree in Computer Science from the Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca and is a Certified Executive Coach from IE Business School.
Carlos has developed his career in the area of Executive Search in Spain and the UK. In London, he worked for a leader of executive search firms, executing projects for EMEA. He has advised top companies on how to attract and retain talent, with a specialization in Banking and Finance
Ana is Career Services Engagement Manager at IE Talent and Careers and current content curator and producer for the IE Careers Blog. She designs and runs engagement tactics for IE students on-campus and recruiters worldwide. Passionate about the Digital world, this Venezuelan engineer and IE Master in Management graduate previously worked in the online advertisement and marketing departments of Sony Pictures Television, BMW, TheObjective.com and Metafisica.com.
