IE Talent and Careers organized the M&A “Change Challenge”, a collaborative crack-the-case case resolution session between Accenture Strategy and IE students. Efraín Olalla, Managing Director at Accenture Strategy, responsible for M&A and Corporate Strategy, conducted the session to our students.
The main goal of the session was to enhance our students’ visibility with consulting strategy firms and to help them prepare for the crack the case interviews. All registered students received the M&A Documentation and Case prior the session in order for them to review the case into detail by analyzing the challenges of the case and evaluate possible solutions to solve it. During the session, Accenture Stategy’s Managing Director, on a very collaborative spirit, asked our students direct questions about the case and directed them to the best solution proposed.
