How did you find out about this job opportunity?
A headhunter contacted me via Linkedin.
How did your IE experience help you during the recruiting process?
My experience at IE helped me to get this job thanks to the team management know-how I got in my MBA, besides all the corporate finance I learned that guides me to get a macro vision of a future project or company valuation.
How was the recruiting process: stages, tests, interviews, etc.?
I did several interviews, in both languages (Spanish and English) and the last one, which -of course- was the most important one, was where I met my actual boss. We talked about the market, my experience and my MBA studies at IE.
Would you want to share any tips or advice with students during their professional journey?
My advice to them would be:
“The fight is won or lost far away from witnesses –behind the lines, in the gym, and out there on the road, long before I dance under those lights.”
