Uzair Qadar, International MBA 2015 Alumni, tell us his experience with this firm.
How did you find out about this job opportunity?
I was contacted by the Microsoft University Recruitment team to interview for the MACH MBA program. My CV was selected from the CV book shared by IE CMC with Microsoft.
How did the CMC and your IE experience help you during the recruiting process?
The career coaching and negotiation sessions with Daniel Porot and the online resources on the CMC portal both helped me in preparation for interviews.
How was the recruiting process: stages, tests, interviews, etc?
The process is lengthy and arduous. It is the survival of the fittest. My first interview was in July and I made an offer in January. There are 5-6 rounds of interviews which includes a presentation round, 2-3 competency based rounds and fit 1-2 fit based rounds.
